Yes. Our representative is able to help you to book and pay for lounge at  airport.
No from The Bali Concierge. But you can ask the airline of your flight.  
At Drop Zone in airport area. We need your number or your driver's number, so we can can arrange the meeting easier.  
On your arrival, the meeting point is at  air-bridge or at Arrival Hall. On your departure, the meeting point is at Drop Zone at airport.  
Our fast track representative will be speaking with the airline of your flight. Maybe they will charge you more.

No. All passengers under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Our representative will accompany  you untill your departure schedule. If you ask us to stay longer due to disaster occurs, no charge will be applied. But if you ask us to stay longer due to you missed your flight, charges will be applied.
