I arrived at Denpassar airport on Tue 22nd June having pre-paid for two VOA and the concierge service. I waited for the Bali Concierge person to greet me but was told by an airport staff member that they no longer operated and had stopped this service a few months ago!!I was very annoyed as clearly they have taken by credit card payment knowing the service was no longer being offered. I want my money back!!!! Do not use this service or pay for this online as they are not offering it anymore and you will get ripped off!
